Episode 2 Art Contest

NOTE: The contest is over. See the winning submissions!

Would you like to see your own artwork in WolfQuest? Here is your chance! Episode 2: Slough Creek will feature player-created artwork introducing each new mission. Submissions are due on August 24th, so get out your pencils, markers paintbrushes, and mice and get started!

Rules and Requirements

  • Anyone can submit an artwork. There are no age restrictions and no limits to how many pieces of artwork are submitted.
  • Artwork must be the sole work of the artist submitting the work. If you redo artwork created by someone else, this is not original artwork and will not be accepted.
  • Artwork can be created in any medium, traditional or digital. They must be submitted as digital image files (PNG, TIFF, JPG). They must be at least 8" x 10" at 150 dpi (1200 x 1500 pixels).
  • Submitted artworks will become property of the Minnesota Zoo. By submitting art, you agree to give the Minnesota Zoo and Eduweb permission to reproduce the artwork in the WolfQuest game, on the WolfQuest Web site, and in any other published materials that we choose.
  • Submit your artwork by sending it as an e-mail attachment to art@wolfquest.org by August 30th.

Artwork Subjects

Below are screenshots from Episode 2. Use these as guides for the themes of your artwork. Artwork should be on these subjects, but should not necessarily follow these screenshots closely. We encourage you to create your own compositions. We do prefer realistic/naturalistic art styles over cartoon styles. We will select one artwork on each subject for the game.
