The key I received doesn’t work!

If your key is not working, please try one of these solutions:
  1. Enter the key exactly as it appears. These codes are case sensitive!
  2. Check for and remove spaces or letters/numbers that are not present in the code you were given.
  3. Note: Copy/paste may not work properly (or insert a ‘v’ at the end of your code), so try entering it manually.
If you are still having trouble with your key, please send an e-mail to us at with the subject “Invalid key from ___”. Please replace ___ with the name of the store you purchased the game from -- as an example, if you purchased the game through, your subject should be “Invalid key from”. We apologise for any inconveniences this may have caused.

If you have used your key to create an account in the past, you will not be able to reuse that same key again as they are single use regardless of whether your account still exists.

If you did not receive your receipt, please instead contact us with the subject “Did not receive purchase e-mail”.
