 Oh dear, oh dear! Thank you so much for the heads up, Cana! At least it won't affect the game release . . . I hope things work out, because if the zoo is down, that means people could have job problems . . .
Wish you well that all will be fine.

Wow... I'm very sorry to hear this Cana. I hope everything will be okay. It doesn't matter how long we have to wait, as long as u and the rest of the team are okay. It'll be very sad though to see the game shut down, if that will even happen which I doubt it will. I'll keep u guys in my thoughts!!!!

How will you work out the wolfquest report team thing? I'm not sure you'll have the sort of members you'd want with only 5 days or so worth of applications.

This does have to do with me because I live in Minnesota, although the effect on me isn't really that bad because my parents' paychecks won't be affected at all, one isn't paid by the state, and the other works at something that is considered 'essential', and therefore can't be shut down, therefore not being able to go on here is the only real 'effect' on me.

Anyways, I hope that it doesn't last long, and perhaps it'll even be stopped within the next 35 hours or so. But, as long as the Nation Shutdown that may happen in august doesn't end up happening, we shouldn't be shutdown for too long.

My fingers are crossed that they'll pass the budget and this won't happen. D:

Sorry if I sound stupid but this got me wondering. What happens to the animals in a zoo if it's shut down?

Don't worry, that's already been decided as a critical service.
If the Minnesota Zoo closes, who will care for the animals?
There will be qualified staff to provide continued levels of animal care, security and physical plant maintenance. Under the plan released by the Governor, this level of service is fully covered and deemed critical.
