Slough Creek: There will be bugs

I have a short list of bugs i have already experienced in Slough Creek.
1.Floating pups when my mate picks them up.
2.Saving game and quitting, only to come back with no pups or mate(this one i have not solved yet).
3.I was carrying my pup to the new den, when a hawk swooped out of the sky. My thingy zoomed in on it to alert me it was there, when it didnt do any thing else but showing me the hawk.
4.My pup some how got to the other side of the screen and moved OFF the map so i could not get it.
5. It told me my pup died after i saw it happen, and my pup was still standing there playing with nothing!I tried to pick it up and i could not.
6.This happened to me a couple times.I picked up a pup while running, and put it down at the den, but as i tried to walk to a carcass i just kept bending down to pick up a pup!No matter what i did, howl, turn, walk, what ever, i just kept bending down. then after a while i could not stop regurgitating food!He puked forever till i quit the game!

I get that when I try and save my game, and the whole thing freezes. I then have to restart the whole computer.

In Windows Vista, I can save my game, but in Windows XP, I can't!! I don't think this is a bug, but I need help!!! My sister can't save either!
