Hawk or Eagle?

Like so many have said before me... the predatory bird in Slough Creek is indeed (in my opinion, anyway) a Golden Eagle; indentified by its solid dark brown plumage and prefrence for wolf pups .

i think its an eagle since hawks cant quite pick up pups.

I'm very sure it is a Golden Eagle.

1. Only juvenile bald eagles are brown.
2. Bald eagles are mostly carrion eaters.
3. A hawk wouldn't be of such a size.
4. Golden eagles are the main species of eagle you are bound to come by in the West.
5. Hares and rabbits are one of the golden eagle's main prey, and a wolf pup isn't very different in weight.

Eagles are bigger than hawks, plus hawks aren't the size of garbage cans. In the FAQ, the bird in the final mission is a golden eagle.

Well... If you look on, ideas for new episodes topic it says animals: Bears, coyotes, hares, EAGLES, ravens. Plus, hawks don't have pure white heads like the big bird thingie on wolfquest. So my guess is the eagle, but I easily could be wrong

it was so happy of me to do this(not) because it was my first time. First, I wanted to protect Shannon(pup) from the eagle and I was crossing the river with Frankie( pup) and then I ran to the eagle to chase it away but the eagle was like" YAY! YOU BROUGHT LUNCH!!" and he toke Frankie After that, Marcus(Mate) drowned Quincy(pup). Sometimes the mates are so dumb. LOLZ ( not)

Most definitely an eagle, as many have said before c: Golden eagle, of course. The "white" head many people are seeing is a glitch in the non-updated version of the game. It deeeply deeeeeeeply bothers me when people call it a hawk, or really anything else >< I'm like

Except i'm not that mean :3 So i don't say that. But that's what i'm feeling.

Well i would say an eagle.As a hawk is much to small to carry a wolf pup. Plus the bird is the exact same color of the Aguila chrysaetos other wise known as the golden eagle.
