It may depend on the host's connection, as well, and may not entirely be at the fault of your own connection. If you're running a program such as Kapersky try adding WolfQuest to your trusted applications.ThreatsAndExclusions -(exclusion) Settings - TrustedApplications - Add - Applications...
Add the file and tick "do not monitor application activity" and "do not monitor child application activity".
