There's no reason why one of the daycare couple can't go out to the move deleter and make the pokemon forget an hm move.

I also have two Pokémon in the daycare as I play and train. I also try not to Fly too much, to help rack up the steps. They are mid forties in level right now. The Daycare's useful, but it frustrates me because the daycare won't evolve your pokemon, and teaches it moves that I would normally choose...
