Re: Golden eagle eats from a walking pronghorn (Mildly Graphic Video)

Wow. What a trooper. While I’m expecting the Pronghorn to put up a fight, he just moves along despondently. Poor thing’s probably running out of gas. Remarkable footage!

Ahh, yes. A rare Spiderwolf forging within its native habitat. Just one of many within the Spiderverse.

Re: Hard Rock Ballet

Oh man, I love the sliding feature already. I can see myself pretending to sled by deliberately sliding down a slope when it’s snowy, haha. The extra addition of fall damage just adds that extra layer of danger and realism to the game! I’m loving how the game is progressing. So looking forward to th...

Re: what is the most dominant apex predator of Yellowstone?

If I could, I’d vote a balance of Grizzly Bears, Mountain Lions, and Wolves. I don’t think that there is any one apex predator. They all dominate the Yellowstone ecosystem according to their unique strengths and weaknesses. One could judge based off of physical prowess, prey diversity, or success at...

The river is looking beautiful thus far! I can’t wait to take a drink and nap along the sandbars. So pretty!

Re: The Californian mystery of the Shasta pack's disappearance

How curious. I do hope that they weren't killed illegally. I'd like to think that the lack of bodies and the pack's curious disappearance is due to their natural movement rather than the effect of a drastic event. With people fearing for their cattle, it does seem likely that they were probably kill...

Re: Zeno's WolfQuest

No one said the life of a creator would be easy! But hey, huge kudos to the team and the community for bearing through all the difficulties and setbacks of development. I know that this game is going to be absolutely phenomenal when it's finished. One day, that half will become a whole. I know it.

Re: opinions on realistic/unrealistic rp

Back in the day when I first started playing, I was an avid stick-to-the-facts type of roleplayer, but then, my idea of what "realistic" wolf behaviour was at the time was very skewed. I personally wouldn't mind roleplaying realistically, but unfortunately, what's considered realistic versus unreali...

Re: In wolfquest 3 what kind of mate personality would be best for you?

i like your reasoning! I would go for the same! the only problem might be that the mate might not hunt for the pups, instead the mate would stay at the den. I wouldn't mind hunting alongside my mate instead of having him or her venture off alone to collect food. Perhaps I'll play with both the Lone...

Re: In wolfquest 3 what kind of mate personality would be best for you?

Based on what I've seen of the personalities thus far, I'd love to go with the Social, Energetic, Cautious combo. I love that engaging friendliness that comes with the social trait, the hardworking tendencies of the Energetic trait, and the more calm and calculated edge of the Cautious trait (per my...

Re: I've Been Working on the River

The environment is so beautiful in the new game. I can't wait to trace each creek until their end! Ah, that water looks so charming and serene. And the sound effects! That's why playing without the music on has always been magical for me, because the sound effects are so immersive. I love it so much!

Re: Wildest WolfQuest Rumors You've Heard

Back in 2.5 when human evidence was plentiful in SC, I remember hearing about sightings of a tent with humans in it. I went searching for it and everything. Good times, haha.

Re: Honing Performance

This game has come such a long way in terms of it's graphical quality. I really do hope that I'll be able to run it on my iMac. I suppose that I'll just have to test the current game and judge based on how well it performs. I'm loving the huge attention to detail that was put into this game.

Re: Herd Any Good Names? (Help us name the elk herds!)

I like the idea of naming herds after native Yellowstone Vegetation, but at the same time, I agree with giving them names that hint more at their composition rather than actual names, which seems to be more important here. Curious to see what the team comes up with.
