When the time comes; yes multiplayer will be no more. However, feel free to continue to enjoy single player, and multiplayer while it's up and running (though we're encountering a server error right now, which will hopefully be fixed soon).

The server is just down at the moment. However, eventually the lexicon will be removed and multiplayer will be shut down, but right now it's just a server issue.
