I would like that too, and we've looked into it, but there are a number of technical and aesthetic issues that make it impractical on tablet. We might revisit the idea for the Mac/Win version, though.

I've been playing WolfQuest since it originally released back in '07, and was saddened to hear a few years back that they ran out of donation funds and couldn't continue the series. I'm beyond overjoyed you guys were able to bounce back and develop the game further. Each episode becomes more and more interesting to experience. Keep up the great work! :mrgreen:

Mostly likely the mobile versions will come a bit later than the PC versions -- it's gonna take some work to optimize things to run on mobile. And, unfortunately, Ep3 probably won't run on cheaper phones and tablets (particularly those with only 1 GB of RAM) -- we're putting a lot of stuff in it which will be more than those devices can handle.

I hope they add in new predators, as you said black bears and lynxes. It would be nice if your mate would help fight them off too like they did in WolfQuest 2.5. In 2.7, all the mate did was help you hunt, so they were much more lazy. Easier and harder prey would be more fun to fight too, like easier would be like beavers and raccoons, while harder would be like bison and white tailed deer. I'm looking forward to this and hopefully it will be an adventure. I also hope the Lost River map is kept. That place was a good way to get needed experience points, especially if you made a new wolf.

Mule deer are confirmed for episode 3, as well as calves of elk, moose, and the mule deer.

I'm pretty sure they'll keep Lost River. I don't see any reason why they'd get rid of it...after all they spent a lot of time working on it for 2.7

I don't mind at all that the new episode will cost a few dollars. It seems like making the game cost some money opened up lots of new opportunities and directions for you guys to take it in. I appreciate all the hard work and dedication you have put into this game over the years. I remember playing it first in elementary school and now I'm in college, lol. I'm glad it has been going this long. :wolf:

I have not seen anything mentioned regarding adding the ability to drink water to the next episode. It is, however, an idea that has been suggested many times. We we probably hear about larger additions to the game, i.e. more animals, than we will about small additions, if any are to occur.

When I saw this I EXPLODED IN PURE EXCITEMENT!

I started playing this game when Episode 2 was newly released. (Ahh the good old days when your pups would leave the den for no reason.(AND THEN DROWN)) I was always hopeful of another episode or a major expansion being added. I played through the game a few times, found the secrets etc. I forgot about it for a while, picked it up put it back down and so on and gave up hope of anything big being added. (Like your pups growing up)

Last year I found out there was an update, I convinced my friends to get it on their phones an we all played around together for a few weeks. Anyways, we eventually forgot about it and carried on.

Today I was browsing the internet for games to play, (being bored as usual) then I remembered about WolfQuest and how much I loved it. I went on the homepage and I FREAKED out when I saw the announcement for episode 3! All my hopes were answered! <3

I will be waiting for future news about this game! Thank you to everyone who has everyone who has ever helped in the development of WolfQuest! :wolf:

Loving the sound of Episode three so far! I love how you guys put so much effort into the game, from choosing real life areas to asking real wolf specialists about behavior, areas, and more! This game is so awesome, best wolf game by far. My favorite thing has to be how realistic this game is. You guys are great! c:
