Ah, so many detailed answers for a quick question; sorry I'm adding to them!

I warn anyone who introduces themselves as having or not having a mate (meat) and then ban them if they continue the behavior after the warning. So unless you're using the word 'meat' to describe something you eat, you're probably using it in a manner that's not appropriate for this game. (In general, if you have to use a replacement word for something you want to say, it's either because it's not allowed or is hasn't been suggested for the chat lexicon yet.)

The only time you should report someone is when they use bad language or upset you. For any occasion,if you report them for no reason thats well... bad don't report someone if they haven't done anything to you. Also remember report and log off because they could find your username and keep reporting you then cana and others will have to get involved.Hope I helped everyone! :D

Actually, Cana will not be able to do anything if you are reported without proof. ^^"
Please follow the guides for reporting which are found around this forum as there are many reasons why you should report someone, not just if they're being mean or upsetting you. :3

Prehaps on their reports, reporters could add on any new replacement words thy saw being used by the players to get past to get past the chat filter. I believe this would help Report Team Members come to understand new "replacement words" more quickly so that they would be able to easier understand when users are breaking the rules for multiplayer games.

Actually, Cana is the only one to view the reports, so the Report Team Members would not see any of these additions. It would also be too hard for Cana to also pass over every word suggestions she gets, especially if they are repeating.

The Report Team tend to be on top of things, and it's just as easy for us to see the meaning of the word, through the context the players uses it.

If you feel the need, you could also include such information in your report under, "Problem" and describe the exact words they are by-passing. Though it's probably best to simply post the words you see being used on the topic in this forum made by Croix. ^^

Well, I was going to say that prehaps Cana could pass on the replacement, however, you'r right it would be much easier to just post them on the topic Croix made when I think about it, and with the words they use, it's also normally not very difficult to understand what their saying so I guess sending it to Cana would be quite pointless when the Report Team has got it covered.

Thanks for taking my idea into account though BlackWarrior! :D

What do you mean exactly?
When you're writing out the email, you can just type up the players names and use the form found on the first post. ;3

Divine Phoenix is correct. On the form where it says Reporter, it is talking about who is reporting the situation, and that would be you. ^^
Suppose this can help you out:
  • Reporter's Username: Name of person reporting the situation
Game Date: Date in which the game was hosted
Game Host: The person who originally was hosting the game that the situations happened in.
Problem Player(s): Players who were involved in breaking the rules and are part of the situation.
Problem: What happened, and what behavior are you reporting them on?
Proof: your link to your screenshot
