Could your household pet be just 99.8 % wolf?
Well i watched on T.V a program i think it was called. Martin Clunes a Man and his dogs. He met wolves, when to yellow stone, met the English Wolf Man ect... The specialists say that dogs are 99.8 % Wolf. If you think about it, dogs are like wolves in everyday life. They chase things? Turn around 50 million odd times before lying down. They listen to us as there alpha. When we get cross they submitt, like a pack of wolves. See if you can think of how many ways dogs are like wolves. How many can you think of?

Most of the differences would be slight mutations in the control sequences for the genes that code for coat color, coat texture, coat length, ear formation, body size, tail formation, eye color. Dachshunds have a further mutation in a gene that controls leg length.
