This sounds like a great addition! Just a pity I managed to mess up my multiplayer game by accidentally clicking the age restriction. :/

So here's the caveat on single-player: Your mate will respond to some of these with a tail-wag or grin, but others don't really have a logical response from the mate (what would they do in response to an alert action?), so the mate won't do anything to respond to others.

We're adding an animation to the existing Growl (G key) action. We're not adding one to Whine because I don't think there is necessarily a visible expression for that sound.

Alright thanks for letting me know Dave! Regarding the "whine" animation the thing you could do is maybe allow the avatar to fold its ears back while pressing the "Y" key?
