It's a brand new computer, purchased in July so it should have everything up to date. It previously worked only on fast graphics with the trial but now on fast graphics it gives me jumbled letters + blue screen.
(I wish we could tag people on this forum)
I'll see if I can get Dave to take a look at it.

Haha, yeah. It would be a lot easier with a tag function 
Anyways, I'm gonna try the who 'uninstall and reinstall' thing to see if that does anything. I did ave to quit mid download and refresh my computer because everything froze. I'll also have my friend look into it and see if it does this for him. It would sitll be helpful to have Dave look into it thought.

Aaaaand, we're back! (for now)
So many people tried to download the game at once, the server was overloaded & everything from the forums to the in-game stuff (like MP and achievements) were not working.

accidentally messed up my game, now I can't play mp because i accidentally put the "under 13" option
oh well

Don't worry mine is doing the same thing. The demo ran fine for me though.

So glad it's finally here! Buying it for both me and my friend as we speak. Can't wait to give it a go and cry happy tears over it.
The fact that the server overloaded because of the number of downloads reminds me of when SC first came out and the same thing happened. Inconvenient as it is, it's a strangely nice reminder of how the WQ fanbase (if you could call it that? lol) has endured after all this time.
