This is actually good news for me. I'm saving some money for WolfQuest on both Windows and iOS, so when WQ 2.7 is released, I have my 20 bucks ready to go.

I'm pretty sure this game will bring the funds to make the next episode o3o But the only thing i dream of now is the automated day/night cycle or seasons *_* yeaaaah

We do have seasons. There can't really be changing seasons as certain things happen for each quest in a certain season.

Incredibly excited to play the new WQ 2.7! No need to rush to get it released though. Nothing beats a game that took a lot of time and effort to be bug free! No body likes a buggy game :3

@ArcticWolfSoul: There will be a "demo" version available for free, which includes the seven new howls and full single player Amethyst Mountain episode. For multiplayer, the new customizations and Lost River, you'd have to purchase the full version.

Here is the plan for pricing:

Mac/Win:
• Free Trial: with with Amethyst Mountain single-player, original set of wolf coats, and all the new wolf howls.
• Full Game: The entire game with Amethyst, Slough Creek, and the new Lost River map, Multiplayer, and all customizations for $10. It will be available as a digital download, and you can use credit card or PayPal to purchase it.

Tablet:
• Free Download: with Amethyst Mountain single-player unlocked, original set of wolf coats, and all the new wolf howls.
• In-App Purchases for Slough Creek, Multiplayer, and customization packs and items, which will be $2-$3 each, with discounts for multi-item packs, and a "buy it all" option for $10.

I'm as sad about that as anyone, believe me. Then, the following week, I have a 5-day vacation scheduled with my wife, and I don't want to risk divorce by working on the game then.

That part made me laugh, no one blames you XD I'm so excited to see the new and expanded version of this game I've been playing for years. Definitely worth the wait if you ask me Thanks for the consistent updates, Dave!

I wouldn't mind if it'd take another year! You shouldn't feel pressured to release the game early - we're all more then willing to wait!
