It seems you are right Kouga, lol. But you still never know. Minnesota is two hours behind New York state.

Well, phpBB boards take a few hours to close properly unless you're wiping out the whole thing, in that case, it's only seconds. But I pretty much doubt they want to take out everything, in case WQ returns later on. Go figure.
Re: Minnesota State Government Shutdown
Personally, I am not going to jump to conclusions until an admin or team member confirms the situation, or until the site becomes inaccessible. Glad it's still up for now though.

I really hope that the best works out for everyone that is affected by what is going on. I would love for the zoo to be okay and for WQ not to be shut down at all. But like everyone else, I am still unsure just because its still working if it won't go down today or after the 4th. If anything it has taught me even more not to take anything for granted and be thankful for the time we do get to spend on here with friends and making friends. :3

I can't believe this.... I hope if WolfQuest is shut down it won't be for long. Well, at least it won't affect the Episode 2.5 development,; that's a bit of good news. Well, today is July 1st, so I'm not sure if it won't be shut down, or it just hasn't happened yet.... Well, I'll find out soon enough!

That's exactly what I was thinking. But how are we supposed to download the game if we can't reach the site? Or is it just the forum that's shutting down and not the website main page? Hopefully if this place does shut down it will be back up by the time 2.5 is ready.

Re: Minnesota State Government Shutdown
This is so strange, because I just read a news article about the Minnesota government shutting down, but yet we're all still here. And it's 10 AM eastern time... maybe Cana hasn't gotten around to shutting it down yet?

Re: Minnesota State Government Shutdown
The site actually was shut down for two days.
Perhaps this will help people out:

Perhaps this will help people out:
Sourrce: Minnesota Public Radio News.Q: I love the Minnesota Zoo. Will I still be able to visit during a shutdown?
A: Judge Gearin approved the Minnesota Zoo's appeal to stay open during the shutdown on Saturday, July 2. Gearin initially closed the zoo since she deemed it to not be an essential service that must continue during the shutdown. The zoo closed Friday, July 1 and a small staff stayed on to care for the animals. Gearin authorized the zoo to reopen, based on the fact that it operates on its own earned revenue. It reopens Sunday, July 3 at 9 a.m.

Indeed so.
Since the shutdown has been and gone, I'll lock this. I assume that you folks are happy that WQ is back up and running ^^

Re: Minnesota State Government Shutdown
Just letting you all know that I am now back and we are aware of a few kinks that have occurred since the forum shutdown. We'll have more time to look into it tomorrow (Tuesday) night. I also hope to have UotM announced at that time.
Thanks for the avatar, Silverness!
