Too right, Koa. We have all got to keep calm, try to keep predicting the release date to a minimum and put no pressure whatsoever on the team. Noone works well under pressure and all I'm saying is if you want 2.5 to be well-done then I suggest we all be as patient as possible.

Agreed.

I remember when I got all hyped up for episode 2. I would check every day for it to be released, and I would stare at my clock sometimes, counting down to the release date.

And what happened? The second hand suddenly looked as if it were moving a lot slower [I'm not kidding].

The more adrenaline and the more focus you have on something, the slower time goes by. That's because you've raised your awareness with pent up energy. It can turn 5 minutes into 30 minutes.

On the vice versa side you know that when you're distracted with other things that time passes quickly. All of us know that "Awww, but it's only bee 5 minutes Mom!" while your mom says "No, it's been 10 minutes."

It's best to distract ourselves and wait for it. Thinking about what it will be like every day is only going to make time drag by slower than a snail.

That's very true Shusuke, I like to distract myself to let the time pass by more quicker. :3

There is no set release date yet.
WQ Coordinator wrote:Please note: there is no estimated release date for the game at this point. We have a long way to go to implement the winning ideas, and we'll need to complete the game design for these new features before we can make any release date estimates.

I just finished the first draft of the newsletter, so it will definitely (unless something goes wrong with the forums again!) be e-mailed out and posted her before the end of the week. Once it's posted, this topic will be locked (and the fundraising contest topic will be unlocked!).
Thanks for the avatar, Silverness!

I am no longer the acting administrator of these forums, so please read the WolfQuest FAQ and Tips, Hints, and Help forums for answers to any questions you may have.

Let us hope that that doesn't happen. xD Great news to see that the draft is done Cana, I, and a lot of other people, am really excited for the update of the newsletter. And, also for the new contest.
Thanks for the update!
