Indeed, I'm pretty sure that these ranks will stay for quite a long period of time. Quote From Cana:

I love these new ranks! I am glad we stopped the human related ranks and switched to all wolf ones. I am now a hunter-in-training!

The ranks have already been decided, and the last rank 1,000,000 posts. Well over 3k because that is quite easy to get.
