Screen Resolution and Windows Installer

Some folks have had trouble with the installer in the last couple of days saying their screen resolution wasn't high enough.

We've updated the installer to allow installation down to 800x600. So please download it again. Make sure your screen is set to at least that size, and it should work.

This is truly the smallest size you can run the game at.

There are no changes to the game itself.
