We need action against these "all-caps" titles. Maybe edit the title post so that the caps are removed?

I think that Avatar makers should show their progress and be acurate with it in their title.

Ex: blah blah's avvies (OPEN, 100%)

BAD EXAMPLE:
OPEN!!~~AVATARS~~

and if its locked... then I have sympathy for you.
Otherwise, I could care less.

If this hasn't already been put up, you should never put
'This is a must veiw!!!!' as the title. It's very annoying and people just do that to have veiwers, a lot of the times I've seen topics like that it is something really boring.
Nobody really cares about how I feel, nobody really cares about where I am, nobody really cares about what I say, all people care about is if I'm away from here.
Avvie by a person!! XD Definetly not me!

I'v seen a couple people make topics and then say Please do not lock. Which is unnecessary because it has to be locked anyway if it disobeys the rules.
