*Walks up on hind legs and sticks long tongue in Andys ear*

(Gonna call 'em Plate)

Andy unrolled with a start. "What was that!", he pangolined. "Oh, it is just Plate. What are your plans for this hot day?" he question-pangolined, shaking his scales.

(I know next to nothing about realistic pangolin behaviour yikes)

"Oh, you know.. Eat some bugs, dig in the dirt, maybe climb a tree..." *Plate said in a wolf like way.*

(I literally just watched a Wild Kratts show on pangolins a few days ago... So it was a good prepare!)

*Um, can you guys shush? I need my pangolin-sleep, we ARE nocturnal after all," Manis paused and then said, "Hey, maybe after the sun goes down we can dig down to the pangolin-bar and have some delicious bugs!?"

*Plate yawned pangolin-ishly and curled into a protective ball*

Begin to look around for insects

Exiting my den for the first time that evening, I stretch my long scaly (*scaly?* I wondered to myself) legs and get ready to go hunt some elk. But then, I look down and realize that I am a pangolin, and pangolins don't eat elk! How silly of me. Instead of hunting elk, I go looking around in search of a nice termite mound. I find one and feast on some tasty termites. Then afterward, I curl up into a ball and take a nap. What a great day to be a pangolin!

The mighty panko-encrusted pangolin Pankoalin was ready to prepare for her day but realized she and her prehensile tail were at the center of a person’s plate and that she was positively dead.

(Apparently one can eat pangolins but panko is not used.)

*Plate uncurled and walked around, looking for a tree to climb*

*Climbs on a dead tree and eats some bugs*
