By the way, there is an issue with the graduates list.
Willowleafwarrior was taught by Starpaw019, not myself, and Lobsterpie was taught by Koa.

Stonei also taught pure music chaos; I didn't.
EDIT: I think your list is off by one person for each graduate... e.g. Chemunhk was my graduate, as well. I don't recall teaching CocoaMoon.

That's the way that the list was when I inherited the program. I may just remove the teachers from the list of graduates, if that's okay with some of you old teachers?

Yeah, it's weird, but I think everything "slid" somehow. It'd make more sense to clear the list, honestly; some of those graduates (e.g. Lobsterpie) are from 2010, and I don't think other graduates have been listed, just by going through the thread and searching up usernames.CaffeineCollie wrote:That's the way that the list was when I inherited the program. My thinking with keeping that list and making it collapsible is to show and honor the history of the program while keeping it separate from the current era.

e.g. Tajus was a graduate and is not listed under the right teacher. Might have to browse a little but if you start with the old teacher usernames, you'll find some of the unlisted/correct ones.

If you sign up as a newbie, you are assigned a teacher of the type you have requested (forum-only, game-only, or both) and they will teach you about the forum/game/both, depending on what kind of teacher it is. When your teacher believes that you're ready to graduate, they can send a message to CaffeineCollie saying so, who will then send a test based on what was covered. If you get at least 60% on the test, you graduate, and if you get at least 80%, you get a star next to your name.
If you sign up as a teacher, you will have to take a test to make sure you know what you're teaching. If you pass, you're put on the list of available teachers and can receive a newbie that has requested a teacher of your type.
Everything is explained in more detail in the front post, but that's basically how it all works.

Out of curiosity, how long will it take for the application to be accepted and a mentor to be assigned? (Just simply out of curiosity.)
