I'd love to visit the Salar de Uyuni sand flat after it rains- the land becomes the world's largest mirror.

I'd like to visit Yellowstone and Yosemite sometime as well, or the old growth forests in the Pacific northwest. I really like forests~

I've always wanted to go to the Petrified Forest. My brother's friend has seen it and says it's pretty cool. Pic~ http://www.jwoolfden.com/jpg/rbforest.jpg It's obviously not a real 'forest', but it is the remains of many petrified trees.

YES! I've been to the Grand Canyon... there are just no words to describe it. It's a place where you just stop talking because of the beauty. I've been to Arizona twice, and that has secrued my love for the West.Redsky wrote:The most beautiful places I've basically seen in the world are the Grand Canyon, just American deserts in general, and just basically any snowy/rocky mountain in general.
I've also been to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in the Yellowstone area. The Grand Teton Range is... beautiful. These great gray snow- capped peaks rise high above green evergreen trees. Jackson's a beautiful place. I was so sad when the plane touched down in the airport in the city; leaving the wilderness to the city is just so hard. I'd rather be in the middle of nowhere in a small log cabin than in a large, polluted city. Anyplace where you can see the stars, I'm happy. It seems Redsky and I like the same places.
Germany is also very nice. The forest and cliffs surrounding Neuschwanstein (Swan Castle) in Bavaria is breathtaking.
I'd love to go to Yellowstone; when I was in Wyoming it was closed. But I've followed the link in the "Other Partner Sites" to the left < and that is now My New Favorite Place That I've Never Stepped In. The specific place that I really want to go to in Yellowstone is Lamar Valley. Seeing a wolf is highly probable there; around 20, 000 people see wolves there every year and it's the best place in the world to veiw wild wolves. So I've gathered from the Yellowstone website.

That's actually one of the few places I've been! My parents have connections in Bolivia and we went to visit. Actually, that place is very dangerous during the rainy season because the salty water can give you life long scars. I refused to go even 10 feet onto it xD.Kivia wrote:I'd love to visit the Salar de Uyuni sand flat after it rains- the land becomes the world's largest mirror.
