how often do you visit a zoo?

I try to go as often as I can. But with the snow we've been having, Oregon Zoo has been closed for almost a week.
I'm also a member as well as a volunteer there. It's very awesome and have no idea why I didn't become a volunteer sooner.

I go about.. once every 1-2 years. The zoo's I live near aren't very large, and most of them don't even have monkeys :O
I am hoping and hoping and hoping that my dad will agree to go to the Minnesota Zoo this summer

Also I almost got attacked by a bear (it got loose in the zoo)

Maybe once or twice a year. We just haven't had time or money lately. When we had a membership we went at least once per month. Our local zoo has a pretty neat pack of wolves. (and several other neat enclosures.) Also we've sort of started to disagree with the way new management is taking things. They're going more exotic and the care has been declining a bit. I doubt our feed back has done much good since attendance is still going way up despite the failing economy.

I like their North American exhibit. (Some of the animals included are the wolves, a crow, a bobcat, native fish in the pond, and river otters.)

If lodging and gas wasn't so expensive we'd be going down to Indiana more to see the wolves at Wolf Park. We've only gone twice so far though in the past five years (since I found out about it... seven or so years ago.) Not exactly a zoo, but... well they are captive animals.

We used to go quite alot when I was younger, but now it's just boring. We're a bit too old for it now, plus you never see the animals 'cause they're always hiding somewhere. -__- So now? Maybe about...once a year. :3
