Trail Ridge Road alone is enough of a reason to go there (you can get that beautiful "above-treeline view" from the comfort of your car) and the level of Elk activity is amazing, especially during the rut.
Something I learned in Rocky Mountain National Park: elk are not rare. xD

I've got to ask, have you been up Inferno Cone? The view is amazing from there.
Indeed I have. It's spectacular.

Woo, good for you! My father and I had the opportunity to watch moonrise from there; I'd have to say it was one of the best locations to see moonrise that I've ever been at.

Thats a really hard question for me to answer. I have to say I have a tie. Jasper and Yellowstone both have amazing wildlife and beautiful scenery. Jasper has a lot of gorgeous hikes and Yellowstone has a lot of remarkable animals. I love them both! :D

I have not been to any BIG national parks, but I really want to go to Yellowstone, many people say they liked it there, and it makes me curious...

My favorite National Park has to be Kruger National Park :D

Kruger National Park is one the largest game reserves in Africa. It covers 19,485 square kilometers and extends 360 kilometers from North to South and 65 Kilometers from East to West.

To the west and south of the Kruger National Park are the two South African provinces of Limpopo and Mpumalanga. In the north is Zimbabwe, and to the east is Mozambique. It is now part of the Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park, a peace park that links Kruger National Park with the Gonarezhou National Park in Zimbabwe, and with the Limpopo National Park in Mozambique.

The park is part of the Kruger to Canyons Biosphere, an area designated by the United Nations Education and Scientific Organisation (UNESCO) as an International Man and Biosphere Reserve (the "Biosphere").
The park has 9 main gates that allow entrance to the different champa.
The park is the site of the popular eyewitness viral video Battle at Kruger.

Thirty-three species of amphibians are found in the Park, as well as 50 fish species. A Zambesi shark, Carcharhinus leucas, also known as the bull shark, was caught at the confluence of the Limpopo and Luvuvhu Rivers in July 1950. Zambezi sharks tolerate fresh water and can travel far up rivers like the Limpopo.

Out of the 517 species of birds found at Kruger, 253 are residents, 117 non-breeding migrants, and 147 nomads.

Kruger houses 114 species of reptile, including black mamba and 3000 crocodiles.

All big five animals are found at Kruger National Park, which has more species of mammals than any other African Game Reserve.

I love sharing things about my South African culture C:

I haven't been to the National Park before but I hope I do someday!

My favorite National Park would have to be Banff National Park. I think mainly because it is the closest park located near me, it contains many species of animals, including wolves, and its in the mountains. ^^ and I have always loved the mountains because of the photography.

I do have a couple of favorites
I like the Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona. I have visited the Grand Canyon two times in my life. I like it for the landscape and the history on how it came to be.

I also like Monument Valley National Park in Utah. While we were on our vacation in Las Vegas, we decided to visit Monument Valley. The scene in Monument Valley is a very recognizable sight and has been used in many western movies. While we were there, the majority of the tourists looking at the sight were from other countries. Here is a picture of it.

This is a very good topic, great idea! I've never been to a national park, but I would VERY much like to visit Yellowstone. Sadly, it is likely not going to happen, for I live in a family of 8, (& 2 are babies) and its not too easy for all of us to get around. I plan to go soon.

I like Yellowstone the best, mainly becuase it`s the only national park I`ve been to xD. I also like Yellowstone becuase of the variety of animals there, and the scenery was great when we me and my family were driving along the road.

I have a new favorite ;D

My favorite national park is the Adirondack National Park in Upstate New York. It is the size of the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, and Yellowstone combined! The Winter Olympics were held there twice and yes, the Adirondack Chair was invented here xD. I think a lot of people forget about this place but it is really magical and amazing. I have been here several times and it wonderful for skiing, hockey, bob-sledding, hiking, equestrian, ice stating, dog sledding and a lot of other sports. Wolves are not abundant here but there have been a few sightings. I suppose wolves might eventually be pushed over into the Adirondacks. I highly suggest going here for a vacation. I stayed in Lake Placid but you can really stay anywhere you want! It is just, like... I'm in love with that place xD.

Hmm, I'd have to say that the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park was my favorite that I've been to. When I visited at a child, I remember lava tubes, watching the steam roll off the coast from the lava seeping out of the volcano, lava fields, steamy areas, geysers, and more. It was all an incredible experience!

I love Acadia National Park. I go there every year, but never get tired of it. It always seems to show me different wildlife, and I go hiking to see different habitats. Cadillac, its highest mountain, is a great place for birding during migration season, has great sunrises and sunsets. Has bunch of coyotes and deer, but sadly no wolves.

I have never been to Yellowstone, but want to visit in the future!
