Considering it has been well over a year since Starz10 has posted on this pack and previous applications have not gotten a reply, and Starz10 has not been online since April of this year, I think it's fairly safe to assume that this pack is dead and that applications will likely not be seen or replied to. Because of that, I will lock it so it isn't needlessly bumped up and doesn't cause confusion.
