Verify Integrity
The game files may sometimes cause odd behaviour in a game. For example, if the game cannot find or read a particular file, it may crash, freeze, become unresponsive, or throw error messages. Occasionally, files may be missed or skipped while a game updates or installs; this can have any number of causes, such as anti-virus software refusing downloads or flagging a false positive, Steam server uptime, or your internet connection. Verifying the cache makes sure all of the required game files are present and up-to-date.Open your Steam client and find WolfQuest: Anniversary Edition in your library. Then...
- Right-click WolfQuest: Anniversary Edition.
- Click Properties...
- Click "Local Files".
- Click the Verify integrity of game files... button.
- Wait for the process to complete. If files are missing, Steam will notify you and retrieve, extract, and install them for you.
- Run the game. If there were any issues, test to see if they are now solved.
