No. I like my throat, face, and arms too much.

No matter how "tame" a wolf or other wild animal appears, they are unpredictable. Anyone remember Travis the Chimpanzee? He was supposedly raised from 3 days old by a couple. Yet, he mauled a person, severely and grievously. The person lost her sight, ears, nose, and hands.

Travis was tame, until he wasn't.

I like the idea, but it's not a wise thing to do. I don't want to be a chew toy.
Let me explain
This ugliness, this cruelty, this repulsiveness
It will all die out
And now, I cry for all that is beautiful

I'll have to agree with Silver on this one.

I agree. Even though it might seem cool, definitely not a good idea, as animals are never truly "tame".

Definitely not, I'd prefer to admire them from a distance.

There's one fact that this topic seems to overlook. Dogs, and even more likely wolves as well do not like hugs. I would love to touch a wolf if it was used to humans and it wouldn't be fearful or aggressive just like I would a dog, but I wouldn't hug it. That would be uncomfortable to the wolf and it very likely wouldn't end well for myself.

Night is now falling, so ends this day.
The road is now calling, and I must away.
Over hill and under tree, through lands where never light has shone.
By silver streams that run down to the sea.

I have petted one, so I guess hugging them will be a great experience, since I love hugging dogs.

It would be too close for comfort.
If I hugged one, I would be hugging it from inside. Of it's stomach. :|

I really really really want to say yes. But in all reality it's probably a no... perhaps if the poor thing was sedated for some reason (medical purposes or relocation maybe) and I had the opportunity I would. But then again I'm a bit of a scaredy cat and would probably be paranoid it wake up the moment I touched it.
