Are there different levels or missions?

Amethyst Mountain (Episode 1) has one mission: to find a mate. Once you find a mate, the missions in Slough Creek (Episode 2) include choosing, marking, and defending your territory, feeding and protecting your pups, and then the final mission of moving your pups to the summer rendezvous point. Once you complete this mission, you complete the game, and are given the option to start a new game or a previously-saved game. Hunting is a continuous mission in each of the WolfQuest episodes.
