Why can I not receive/send PM's from/to my friends?

You or your friend may have private messages disabled, meaning you or your friend may only receive PM’s from moderators and administrators. This can be adjusted by going to the User Control Panel, clicking on Board Preferences, and clicking ‘yes’ after ‘Allow users to send you private messages”.
