I was curious, is there any intent of adding these to Steam's Official Game Avatars as well? I don't know if the process for that is easy (or if there's a demand for it... I never really see people use these), but it could be nice to have them on there as well.

It's a nice idea (didn't realise Steam avatars were a thing) but I drew these at 100x100 so the 128x128 version of the avatars on Steam wouldn't look very good I'm guessing. :/

The avatars are lovely and I really want the adorable puppy to be my forum avatar--but how would I go about doing that? Am I being really stupid and missing something?

Go to where you change your avatar, and at the bottom, there will be a button that says "display gallery". Click that, and you'll find all the avatars in the gallery will be available for you to use, including these new ones.

They were loosely based off them, but don't have any direct correspondence to them.
