in fact, once in the 2 weeks, the city's cleaners will drive through the steets and will emptying "green" garbage bins filled with all kinds of vegetables, plants, and stuff into huge carbage trucks) Those bins are found at every house (approx. 100 Liters of loading capacity) and are filled by the people themselfs.
Huh, interesting country culture.

But, it is nice to see those bins you're talking about go to a good cause. It's good your neighborhood participates in composting.. (sorta)
