I'm sorry if that offended you. I was not laughing at you, and I didn't mean to sound that way. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and I'm not trying to take that away from you. As I said, there are people who believe global warming doesn't exist or that it is not caused by humans. It is perfectly ok to be one of those people. I was just trying to say that the general consensus is that global warming is caused by humans, and that there are facts to support that theory. It is what I believe, as well. But there are also some facts that support the other theories. Please, I didn't mean any offense, and I apologize for making you feel that way.

my Uncle Joey works at my town's Recycling Center! yayz! He gets to drive around the the company's Triple R Mobile to schools and town parties and such. He put pictures of what to recycle and such - and the pics are of his cans and bins in front of his house!

We cant stop gobal warming, all we can do it slow it down a bit.

Well, we can stop our effect on it if we work hard enough. But for now, yes, we are really just looking at slowing it down. In the future, though, scientists hope to find ways to reverse it and get the climate back to what it should naturally be.

my friend went to a lecture to hear this guy speak, and this guy graduated from Hartvard, he said global warming is false, (i am not trying to crash this topic in anyway, just wanted to share!)

Yes, some people dont beleive that its happening and some do.

o Recycle
o Don't drop litter
o Stop wasting electricity
o Cycle/walk around more rather than using cars so much
o Send an animal to a rescue centre if you no longer want it
o Adopt a wild animal
o Become an eco warrior
o Plant more trees
o Stop polluting the area

Some of them ideas are how to save the environment and some are how to save animals. I'm trying to do everything I can, because I for one don't want this planet to come to an end while we're living on it!

o Turn off lights when your not using them.
o If its day time, instead of turning the lights on, open some windows for sunshine
o Don't litter.
o Try and get solar panels for electricity (If possible.)
o Don't use hairspray that effects the ozone

we are just comeing out of a ice age, so gobal warming is happening, but we are making it have more effect like cars etc.
1. if there is a place not to far away then.. walk, walking is very good for too.
2. play outside instead of wasteing electricity inside
3.plant a tree on your b-day or any day

Actually, I believe that Global Warming is irreverable now. Because of the melting ice caps and the building up heat in the atmosphere, it's just going to escalate.

It is true that the Earth goes through these climate changes and ice ages, but it has only been 10, 000 years since that last ice age and that - my friends - is extremely young in geological time. There is no doubt in my mind that humans have caused global warming, and those who say otherwise are indenial and ignorant. I would point my finger to who I believe isn't doing anything about it, but that would bring in politics and religion, and that isn't allowed on the forums.

Some people say that we are killing the planet - we are not. The planet will still be here when all life (or almost all life, besides cockroaches. xD) is extinguished. That includes the human race.

I have recently watched a movie about this called the 11th hour. Anyone who wants to learn more should watch that documentary, it's very good.

Oh, sorry. I didn't read the first post and instead went on what others said.

Anyways, getting back on topic:

You should:

- recycle as much as possible.
- Not waste energy. (That means water, electricity (hydro)...among others.)
- use energy efficient appliances and devices.
- use fuel efficient vehicles.
- Don't litter.
