Mysterious Lost River Book Text?

After the recent WQ:AE Halloween update to Lost River, I was easter egg hunting, and while in the hill top watch tower, I noticed that when you tilt the camera just right, words appear on the book that sits on the desk. I've never seen this before and was curious if anyone has seen this.

Is it base game content or was it added with the Halloween update?
I wasn't able to get the camera in the right position, so I couldn't see what it said. I managed to get this screenshot which shows a portion of the text.

I tried to open the games files to find the image itself, but I'm not very tech-savvy so I couldn't find it.

Can't find my extremely close-up screenshots, but I believe there are a few posted in the official WQ Discord server. A transcript was posted on the WQ:AE Steam community hub in March.

Managed to get some legible close-up screenshots. Shame the old headcam method is dead.
