Thank you very much! I've had a lot on my mind as it relates to a new version. It made me really think of what real wolves actually do that might add to the value of the game. I came up with some ideas for multiplayer.

For Multiplayer, I would like the ability to actually be able to smell other players just like you can smell your pups and other animals. The same goes with your mate, though you may not really need it, but i'd still be cool.

It's also really inconvenient not to be able to tell who is online and who is not, so if there could be a small notification that allows us to determine whether or not our friends are online would be nice.

The ability to switch between viewing wolf names and usernames would also be helpful for letting a private game host know who to friend and invite.

I think being able to have more positive interactions with your NPC pack (and perhaps even MP packs) would be nice. I'd love to see small playing animations apart from just the bowing. Perhaps if you and your mate or pups play bow to each other enough a short, simple playing animation would play? Something like a short play wrestle or bouncing and hopping around the way they do when they're excited (ex.
https://encrypted-tbn3.gstatic.com/imag ... GVKd5sOWYA and https://www.google.ca/url?sa=i&rct=j&q= ... 5366439197). Pups may play-attack you and your mate. It may be difficult to implement, but I think it adds more depth to the game and makes it feel more realistic. Playing could help increase pack affinity too.

Other simple gestures of affection such as nuzzling/licking or a head bump would be nice to see too, they would play out only when you were close to your single-player mate or pups. (maybe with MP players too, though I can see this causing issues with mate RP's).

The more often you go to the cattle ranch the higher risk you have to being caught/ even less time

So I just played a co-op game, and a glitch occurred where there were no elk at all in the hunting grounds and we ran out of carcasses. Forced me and a few other members to venture to a farther hunting ground to get food for the pups. While it was a small struggle, I think it actually made the game more exciting and challenging. I'd love to see in future episodes elk herds moving away from your territory, forcing you to have to hunt in a different location or rely on small prey. Perhaps lack of food, disease or other environmental factors either wipe out the majority of the herd or force them to migrate?

To add onto this, how about having a portal, similar to what was found when traveling to Slough Creek, available throughout the summer mission? Better yet, and easily accessible real-time ranch would be amazing!

Other little additions to the game could be the following:
-An ear scratch animation or a tail flick, or even a yawn when the character is sitting or standing still.
-More smooth movement, the current model has a bit of a stiff movement action.
-A hanging tongue animation when the character is panting/tired or thirsty.
-The ability to dig small holes (temporary shelter) and maybe sleep/rest in them.
-A shake animation once you get out of a water source.
-The ability to mark territories, without having pups, (this will only be available on multiplayer), since this would've been nice for pack role-plays.
That's all I could think of at the moment.

I'd like the ability to claim dens in multiplayer outside of co-op/raise pups mode! Even if it's only in SC. A player can approach one den, prompting a message that says something like "Do you wish to claim this den as yours?", and if you say yes, it will ask the other players on the server if they'd like to claim it as well. Players who select 'no' will not be able to mark the territory around the den (while those who selected 'yes' can) and will get a small message or strumming-sound (like when entering a hunting grounds/etc) that shows that you've entered another player's territory.

It would also be nice if a herd wouldn't respawn until all of the elk in that area have been killed, I was close to killing a bull elk but I needed to eat so I had to leave the sight of him and when I came back he was gone

Yes, yes! I've always wanted to scratch my ear for some reason, haha. The ability to dig out dens would not only have the player customize their wolf, but customize their home as well!

i'd like to say create the different seasons for each map for multiplayer so players can pick and choose but that may take too much time.

How about for multiplayer maps, the map has the ability to change time and season automatically, but the host will also have the option to tweak the time of day to their desire. Not sure if this is very realistic in the world of coding, but I've wanted the ability for the host to change the map within the session to their desire.

Here are a couple more ideas:
-The player's howl could sound different, for instance a shorter, mid or long howl.
-The ability to form a pack of wolves in singleplayer.
-The abilty to choose your position in a pack (in singleplayer).

well theres not really any positions in a wolf pack I'm not sure if the wolf quest team wants to stress that or if they're okay with 'pack ranks'

I know that there are no "ranks" in real life wolves, but more dominant canids can assert less dominant ones. That's my point.

Pssst... the host can already do this in 2.7 by sleeping (Z key). ;)
Nothing interesting happens.
