i can't post/reply in/to some topics/boards

hello! i can't reply to several topics or boards, namely that in the chat lounge, the devblog, the wolf discussion, and avatar request threads. i also would like to blog some of my wolves' lives on the 'your pack' topic, but cannot reply to threads there, nor start a new one.
replies/help would be appreciated, please!

Hi angryaardvark,
This is normal for anyone in the Registered COPPA Users group. It means you signed up as being younger than 13, and if that is the case you'll need your parent or legal guardian to fill out this consent form before you can be added to the Registered Users group.
If you are older than 13, you can instead send proof of ID to confirm your age for removal from COPPA, mentioned on the consent form support page.
