Unable to play multiplayer

To help us help you, could you please provide some more information about the problem(s) you are having, and which version of the game (Anniversary WQ3, Classic 2.7, or Legacy 2.5) are you playing?

A common question is how to access multiplayer in the Anniversary Edition remake:

1. Click "New Game" on the title scene.
2. Where it says "Mode" on the next screen, click "Single Player" to open a dropdown menu.
3. If you are not logged in, you must do so or create a premium game account to continue, otherwise you cannot play multiplayer.
4. If you are logged in, you will see three options: Single Player, Create Multiplayer, and Join Multiplayer.

If you're having trouble entering another player's server, check the latency; the lower the readout, the better your experience. Unfortunately, this comes down to where you and the host live in the world. If the latency is too high, you might not be able to join the session. It might also be worth lowering your graphics quality to the Fast preset to see if you are then able to join.
