WQ:AE question?
One thing I noticed is that you are able to press the P button like in the old game and urinate. Does this have any functional purpose in the early access section of the game, or is it just cosmetic?

You can't establish territory during episode 1, so it is purely cosmetic.
Nothing interesting happens.
