Lost wolf's exp points

Hello there. I have a problem with my wolf. Firstly it has begun from entering my account. Then it has finished with my wolf which has lost it's exp points. Wolf's rank hasn't preserved too. What can I do in this situation?

Hello! Which problems did you encounter when logging in to your account?

Regarding your wolf's experience points, that is odd. Did you get prompted to push/pull files from the server at all? Do you have other wolves with the same problem?

There were such problems as "no sinchronisation" and "can't log in" as if I hadn't got internet connection which I have had in that moment.

No, it didn't suggest to pull files from the server. Also I haven't got another wolves to check the same problem with them.
