Wolfquest 2.7 not working

When I bought wolfquest 2.7 I made a account to play multiplayer. I am less than 13 years old so my parents gave permission for me to go on multiplayer. However it did not work! When ever I tried to enter a multiplayer game it crashed! Also in single player after I marked my territory it crashed! so I can't raise pups! Same with lost river! I can not do anything in 2.7 at all! Weather single player or multiplayer!

any solutions?

Can you share your system specifications, just to confirm whether or not your device can handle 2.7?

I play on kindle does that have enough memory? I'm disappointed that it didn't work however i feel i have not wasted money because I am helping wolfquest. When wolfquest 3 comes out i will buy a desktop and play wolfques t on it instead of my kindle. By the way what do you think is better for wolfqiest laptop or desktop?

It would be helpful to know your Kindle's model or the year of its release since "Kindle" on its own is such a broad term. Mobile devices require at least 1.5GB of RAM, with the minimum amount of RAM required supposedly being 1GB. I don't have any experience with Kindle devices, but it appears that the original "Kindle" family doesn't have sufficient RAM to run WolfQuest.

If your device is from the Fire HD family-

Kindle Fire HD 7 (2012), Kindle Fire HD 8.9 (2012), Kindle Fire HD (2013), Fire HD 6 & 7 (2014), Fire HD 8 & 10 (2015) - 1 GB Ram
Fire HD 8 (2016, 2017 & 2018) - 1.5 GB Ram
Fire HD 10 (2017) - 2 GB Ram
