Okay, I found it. See, in the guide it says to type ipconfig/all, and I wasn't getting the number. So I took off the /all, and I found it.

Just plug that number in your broswer's (internet explorer, firefox, etc.) address bar and you should come across your router.
You may need a password to change the settings, though, so if that's the case, ask a parent/guardian for the password. Typically it resides with whoever set up the router settings and whatnot.

I'm not sure how to even access the settings. . . There are only 3 options: Gateway health, customize, and reboot.

Alright then. I'd try asking your parent or guardian/whoever set up the router and whatnot for the instruction manual, as it should provide instructions for accessing settings, perhaps?

Well firstly, you can press "C" to chat in the box. Have you done that?
If so, sertan words are 'banned' from the lexicon, and therefore cannot be said and show up as "???". You can suggest words to add to the lexicon on this topic here: http://www.wolfquest.org/bb/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=2445
