Thanks. I agree with you on this. It is kind of strange when you ask a question like "Hey how do you crouch?" and then four people (Or wolves ) answer the same thing.

Re: Repeating answers is SPAM - Important to Read
Thanks for creating this thread! I do agree with what pretty much everyone has stated, it can be very annoying; plus it isn't needed considering I doubt that a user in need would want to be flooded with posts which contain the same information. I see this alot going on around here, especially in this section of the forums. Also:
This is probably one of the most common types of repeated answers I see, personally I find if people want to help on a thread; they could at least add on some missed out information or if they see that the thread has been competely answered, just leave the thread; at least it helps prevent the amount of SPAM on the forums. Plus thanks for adding the many way that user's can help on the forums, I think its important that everyone knows there are various ways and places to help out, and not just on certain section where people can help (:AWolfSpirit wrote:Thank you so much for posting this! I've seen so many topics where someone says, "I need help with reporting a bug."
Answer 1: "Report it at bugs@wolfquest.org
Answer 2: "Yes, as "Answer 1" said, report it to bugs@wolfquest.org

It can be; sometimes it depends on the particular question. As long as the user includes a suggestion, (like asking another member, etc.) then I wouldn't consider it SPAM.Siage wrote:Thanks for that. Is it also SPAM to reply and say, 'I dont know this either.' ?

If someone asks a question and you don't quite understand what they mean, you are allowed to ask them what they mean, in greater detail?
Thanks again!

Sure, that's fine. As long as there's not a lot of posts like "what do you mean?" etc. beforehand.Siage wrote:If someone asks a question and you don't quite understand what they mean, you are allowed to ask them what they mean, in greater detail?

Excellent. One final (I think!) question that just came to me.
If you give awnsers, do you have to have quotes and or references?

Thanks for posting this koa! I have a question myself, when you give a resource from another site do you also have to say where you got this information from?

Yes, it would be wise to do so. (just so we know that the information you have given us is accurate and if your source you have used is reliable)AlbinoWolf6 wrote:Thanks for posting this koa! Re: Repeating answers is SPAM - Important to Read
I will also like to add to my post, this is a very good place to ask questions about this, insted of making more Thread Topics about this, also. That could Start SPAM in some cases.
