Family Tree not working??

Family Tree not working??
Hello, so I just completed Endless Summer and had taken a snapshot of my pack, but when I click on my wolf's family tree, it only shows my mate and not the pups...anyone else having that problem??

you may want to try regenerating the snapshot from the pack stats menu!

I did a few times but still won't update the Family Tree ;-;
...I also think the game isn't taking a snapshot cause after I click it, nothing happens and just exits out of pack info
