Re: Ideas for Future Updates
Another suggested feature I was previously against is to expand on the caretaking of newborn puppies . I thought, well, that's never going to work. But then again, I had said this about a lot of game updates. Right now, those precious newborn pup models are only briefly seen when the player is namin...

A theory lol
I have a theory that the game (or the player) 'selectively breeds' for certain personality traits in wolves. For example, a cautious mate might do better than a bold mate. They'd survive and have pups who might be more cautious. Cautious pups are more likely to go in the den, where they're safer for...

Re: Busy as Beavers in Lost River
It’s great to see how the beavers are coming along, Lost River looks pretty similar to Slough Creek which is neat, in the older version it was more dry desert.

Re: Ideas for Future Updates
you can mute the music and boost the natural sounds, but if they're still quiet on max volume, you can send a feedback report for it! there are visible fish - they're the ones the eagles pick up, but they are hard to see with the water shader. I guess now that I think about it I mean that I would w...

Re: Ideas for Future Updates
I have a few ideas. As the dev has mentioned, they will only accept possible, realistic ideas, in a Yellowstone setting. I will try to make these ideas as realistic as possible. :wolf: Since the devs have decided not to add stranger wolf dens, I thought that they could add coyote pups and fox kits....

Pup Survival rate for WolfQuest Wolves
Wolf pups in the wild face a 40 to 60% mortality rate, which is high (but surprisingly, not horrible either). The pup survival rate in certain regions was even as high as nearly 80%. In WolfQuest, just how realistic are the pup survival rates in relation to their real-life counterparts? Is there any...

Re: Pet Peeve: Roleplay servers are EVERYWHERE
No, I don't really think I misunderstood. I didn't comment on how you personally felt or anything, I commented on your wording specifically, because that is what I had a problem with. Anyone could read it and get a bad and unwelcoming impression from the word choice used, and so that's what I point...

Re: Stumble and Tumble
Is it possible for an elk who is very low on health to be killed by a particularly rough stumble? Will the elk just collapse and turn into a carcass if that happens?

Re: Bull elk sparring?
i don't know that i've seen it, either - i wonder where the behavior's gone? would be a good thing to send a report about, i think :-) That’s pretty unusual, sounds like we might have another report-worthy bug on our hands. Or at the very least, the devs could tweak the frequency at which it occurs.

Bull elk sparring?
Has anyone else seen bull elk sparring in AM? I have never come across such a thing and I played on amethyst mountain for a long time. I have never seen bull moose sparring either during the rut. My guess is that the event is very rare to observe, and it takes a specific set of conditions to watch b...

Thoughts on new injury system?
What are your thoughts on the new injury system? I personally like it, but I think the frequency at which injuries occur is way too often. Injuries remain at a constant rate throughout the game, regardless of difficulty level, but I noticed major injuries happen way too much. I feel like every time...

Re: Ideas for Future Updates
This game is called Wolfquest, so the main character is a wolf. It's not called bison-quest or cougar-quest.

Pet Peeve: Roleplay servers are EVERYWHERE
This has been a pet peeve of mine for a while now. I am tired of seeing nothing but roleplay servers!! This morning, when I went to play multiplayer, all 8 games available were for roleplaying! UGH. https://i.ibb.co/Z6DXRZj/Screenshot-9909.png I would totally create my own game, but my poor computer...

Do dad wolves actually use dens?
It's a strange question , but I have always seen videos of the female wolf who is the one primarily going inside of the den and interacting with her newborn puppies. I don't think I have come across a video where the male wolf will go inside of the den, and interact with newborn pups. In Wolfquest, ...
