Re: WolfQuest 2.7 Released!

Awesome, it's released! I'm struggling with some inner turmoil though. When i downloaded the demo, it worked pretty well on my old computer. It worked the best on fast setting, although I could play okay in Beautiful... I had glitching with pink water and flashing fossils by fossil forest, and based...

Re: 2.7 Demo Discussion

I just downloaded the game on Friday and spent the last two days playing away. The improvement in AI makes Elk hunting a lot more enjoyable. I like the fearful yelps it makes whenever they spot me. The timing and action is outstanding! It creates a sort of thrill to see weaker elk dash away at the s...

WolfOfOz wrote:I like the idea. But I also the other idea posted before, that you can disable this. Not that I'd do it if that happened- wolves don't get do-overs in real life, after all!
That's how I like to play! Make it all the way through in one go. But I agree, this topic may be locked now.

Re: Preview Video!

Heh, certainly wasn't expecting the preview to be... well, this amusing. Nice work Dave and everyone involved with gathering footage! @ KisabellaBlue8 : Early November if all goes well. ;) I had a very nice vacation, thanks for all of your well-wishes. While I was gone, my Unity developer Tommi cra...

You all are amazing! Look at the graphics! We're looking at an amazing game here! Question: There's an extra wolf by the den. Is that in Multiplayer?

Re: Tablet version: Auto-save

Good point. I guess all we need is the ability to adjust the time frame between autosaves.

Re: Tablet version: Auto-save

Why would you want to disable autosave? Just to get rid of the "Autosaving..." alert that appears for a few seconds periodically? The only reason I could ever think of wanting to get rid of the autosave option is when there is something i've done in the game that I don't want to be saved. For examp...

Re: Release date

So, in the past six weeks of beta testing, our incredibly persistent and dedicated team of beta testers has filed over 300 bug reports. We've fixed well over 250 of those, and have completed more fixes that haven't been retested and confirmed yet. And yet our beta testers forge on, finding still mo...

Re: New version: Pictures and more

I recommend downloading the free trial to make sure the game runs well on your computer. We've got a lot of graphical upgrades in 2.7, so a computer that runs 2.5 decently may not run 2.7 as well. OTOH, I know that 2.5 has problems on some newer computers (such as no buttons appearing on the title ...

Re: New version: Pictures and more

These pictures and videos are looking amazing so far! I can't express how excited I am about this new game! I've got a question about the graphics, though. Will we be able to adjust them similar to the way it was done in 2.5? Also, I'm a bit worried about how it would preform on my computer. The ve...
