How to successfully solo a bull elk
Mods: I did not find a topic on this already, however if there is one please lock this one. Today I soloed a bull elk in multiplayer and I found the perfect strategy for doing so. This may take a long time but it is relatively easy. I imagine it would be harder to do with an SP mate because the mat...

Re: Pack Or Loner?
Loner is my way to go, I find it much funner than worrying about a whole pack. But a can't hunt worth anything. I end up having to eat all ready- dead elk :? Me too! On singleplayer my stats are like 4 hare kills, 3 coyote kills, 0 elk kills, and like 17 carcasses fed on XD. Even in Multiplayer wit...

Re: Do you Prefer a Strong, Fast or Distance Wolf?
Hey guys, How do you like your wolves on wolfquest? Fast? Fast wolves are just that, fast! Useful for hunting quicker prey such as rabbits and to quickly kill off coyotes. Speed is nessicary to catch an elk on the run. However, with high speed comes low stamina. You will be like a cheetah; short bu...

Re: How Many Times Have You Died While Hunting a Bull Elk?
this one time, I had a wolf that was no strength, all stamina, and not much speed. For every small chunk I took away from the bull's health, he took away half of mine. Since I hit him about 20 times before he died... Oh my gosh I just died 10 times  I have opposite stats. I put the strength ...

Re: [] Forests, Cliffs, or Plains? []
I usually go to the plains areas or by the river. The river makes for easy elk hunting and the plains have lots of carcasses. I tend to fail at hunting, in MP and in SP, even with a mate in SP and friends in MP. I think the lag has a lot to do with it … It’s not my fault

Re: Do genders really matter?
If I ever say that I/my wolf is male, I end up getting stalked by rule-breaking mate-desperate females. I never say my gender, but people usually end up assuming I am male (which puzzles me to no end) and, like you said, desperate mate-crawlings females will end following me around or bother me end...

Re: Funniest Wolfquest Roleplay Posts on MP
Meats is the current term, yup yup. Anywho... I personally think most multiplayer roleplays are amusing. Since most don't really seem to know realistic facts about wolves or Yellowstone itself. Multiplayer Logic "Wolfs" is the proper plural form of wolf. Cow elk are deer. Bull elk are moose. Hunter...

Re: Single Player Traditions
My only real tradition would be that, after every successful hunt, I'd howl. Not sure why I do that, I guess just so my mate doesn't eat all the food first. =P In SC I always choose the Bison Creek den when I'm not experimenting with other dens. With the pups, I tend to always scavenge and stay nea...

Re: "Saving Spots" - Your opinion?
I, personally, have no issue against someone saving a spot for another person who has left the game because they have crashed or are doing something else (on be right back). Now, the only thing is, I would rather them resort to Private Games to avoid this issue, especially if it is actually working...

Re: WolfQuest Multiplayer Pet Peeves
I hate all the role-plays, especially the human and paranormal ones! You can’t sign on without seeing them. I hate all the ‘human v. vampire v. werewolf’ and the ‘human teen’ ones. I really have never been into role-play, but if I were to rp I would do it on a site specifically for that rp. I mean r...
