Re: WolfQuest Hotfix Released

I've already found my mate, but it hasn't been saved. I can still pair up with other dispersal wolves. Why is this? I thought that it would save your mate this time.

Re: Do you think wolves have names?

Wolves probably consider their scents to be their "names." :)

Re: WolfQuest Hotfix Released

Okay, here's what I've noticed with the updated version: The graphics and turn-based wolf interactions look so much better than the older version. I'm pleased with this. The superwolf glitch is still present. You still have to wiggle the mouse around to get your wolf away from the carcasses. Althoug...

Re: Anyone else hate Coyotes???

I have coyotes in my area, but I rarely hear them. :( I think they're beautiful.

A coyote howl is different from a wolf's. It sounds like a barking dog at first, then it breaks out into a long howl.

Re: WolfQuest Hotfix Released

That would be great if it actually did save your mate, but I want to keep the 8 hour downloads to a minimum... Will you apsolutely need this updated version to play future episodes?

Re: If You Could Live With a Wolf Pack, Would You?

If I was in the wild and had no alternative, I might try. But it would also be dangerous to even approach a wild wolf pack. You have to keep in mind that they are wild animals.

(I liked the Julie series, BTW. I've read the first one, Julie of the Wolves, and the third one, Julie's Wolf Pack.)

Re: Do You Think Have prey preffrences?

I've seen dogs and cats that have specific food preferences. Wolves aren't stupid. I'm afraid I don't remember the location, but there was a time when ranchers would poison a sheep or calf carcass and leave it out to kill wolves. It didn't take long for the wolves to figure out that eating a sheep o...

Re: Dreams of Wolves?

I've had dreams of myself being a wolf. I was out in a blizzard, and I curled up into a ball to keep warm. That's all I remember of it.

You mean that the mate won't follow you around after you've "bonded" with them? :(

Re: Coyote Lovers, Come here.

I have always loved coyotes. They are my favorite animals, second only to wolves and foxes. They are abundant where I live.

Re: Zelda: Twilight princess

I loved Link as a wolf. I wish that you could choose between having Midna on his back or not during the latter part of the game, but the beautiful graphics make up for it.
