This was an interesting read, thanks for sharing, Koa!
What was intriguing was the coat colors section, where it mentioned coats had to do with their immune systems. Amazing.

Re: If multiplayer was removed from WQ...
I don't really go on MP anymore. The detected lexicon is getting a bit annoying, and all the words abuse is getting old. But the way Iseeme it, if the WQ staff did remove MP, activity would drop even more dramatically...

Re: Manatees
I've loved manatees since i was little. I ordered a book from my local Barnes and Noble and waited about 4 months for a manatee book. I still have it, but the name of the book has slipped my mind...

Re: WolfQuest Roleplay Thread
This male who introduced himself as Denali as very welcoming and seemingly freindly. Maybe I could trust him. Maybe. The thought of fresh meat made my stomach rumble desperately "Thanks, but no thanks. I don't do well with other packs.I'm a wandering loner, you see, I was just looking to spend the ...

Re: WolfQuest Roleplay Thread
I nodded as the female spoke her name. Liari, an uncommon name, and the wolf was off, padding to the den. I didn't have time to speak a word, not like i had wanted to though, before the female materialized into the dry foliage and returned witht he others. Maybe it would be a good idea to ask for s...

Re: WolfQuest Roleplay Thread
I could tell the wolf had dodged my question. Living out here had taught me one thing: never trust strangers. Sure, this wolf seemed tolerable, but underneath could be different, two-natured, perhaps. Names seemed to be 'netral territory' me for some obscure reason, an exchange of identities told m...

Re: WolfQuest Roleplay Thread
I wasn't even paying attention when the female tripped over me. I was startled, actuallly. I was staring up at the gathering strom, wondering where i would take shelter for the night, when suddenly, i felt another pelt meet mine, knocking me over. For a moment, all I could see was fur, and the sigh...

Re: WolfQuest Roleplay Thread
I watched as another wolf joined the two. I was surprised, I was sitting at a terrible vantage point, almost visible. I heard their conversation, and it seemed that the male was the dominant of a pack, and greeted the two females whole heartedly. I already knew my answer if he decided to speak to m...

Re: WolfQuest Roleplay Thread
(Same, thats why Spider galloped off somewhere... lol) My ears twitched to some distant noise, but I didnt think much of it. The wolves had yet to catch a glimpse of sight or scent of me, so i laid down a bit more comfortably. The male called impatiantly and the female answered him. The scent of me...

Re: WolfQuest Roleplay Thread
(well, since Spider ran off somewhere, I'll Rp as a new wolf. Same appearance, tho.) The fall breeze buffeted my fur, sending it in billows. The winter was approaching, and i could feel the ice cold slicing through my dense, jet black coat like teeth ripping at a carcass. I was partial to the prote...
Re: Diseases
Alright, thanks for the info, Koa.
Diseases
Hey there, just at a curiousity, what diseases can wolves contract? Which ones are fatal or not? If there is an existing topic similar to this one please provide a link to it.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: If you had a wolf, what would you name it?
Since wolves are wild, I would probably never have one in my possession, But If I did somehow own one, I'd would name it either Paradox (always liked that name), or October.

Re: Wolf pack previously targeted in Washington down by 2
That's a bit sad, but it had to happen, i guess. Ranchers got to have their livestock, and wolves need food. There will always be some sort of conflict... A bit sad though.
