Re: Your wolf's name and its origin?
Lexxeck: My fursona's name. Got it from a cookie clicker clone that had a random name generator in it. Quest something... Can't remember now, was over a year or two ago. Naesala: Random name generator. I liked it, very soft and exotic sounding to me. Shina: Now dead because I hate the name and I ha...

Re: All the WQ Players Summed Up
The 'pro' or 'advanced role players': These people give descriptions of SOME words I don't even know. I'm not going to say much about these people, but it's hard for me sometimes to understand. This is basically why I don't RP in games anymore. After 7 years or so of writing and RP I think I can ca...

Re: Sharing WQ with Friends & Family: Your Experiences
I showed my significant other WQ 2.7 not too long ago. Background: SO is what I like to call a super hardcore gamer in terms of skill, game knowledge [of the games he plays], and he's hard to please because of the malarkey games try to pull. He likes violent games [Gears of War, Mortal Kombat, you ...

Re: What level role-player are you?
4A to 5B probably.
I've received praise for my writing and roleplay skills before, but I know for a fact there are people better than me. I'm not the best, nor will I ever be the best. However, I do think I'm quite a bit above average.

Re: What are the most common ways your wolf dies?
I don't think I already replied to thes topic... So I mainly die by 3 things. 1 is hunting bull elk. I hate them. They are so strong, and sometimes I'm just too stupid to run away quick enough and I die. 2, stranger wolves. Mainly because I REFUSE to give in. I die or I kill the other wolf, I can't...

Re: most annoying thing your mate on wq has done
i hate how whenever i'm hunting, my mate kinda just... gets in the way. s/he always ends up pulling closer to the elk before i'm ready to attack, and s/he scares them into a sprint. it's pretty frustrating, ngl. i wish they fell behind you, instead of walked ahead of you. it would make things a lot...

Re: Would you hug a wolf?
No. I like my throat, face, and arms too much. No matter how "tame" a wolf or other wild animal appears, they are unpredictable. Anyone remember Travis the Chimpanzee? He was supposedly raised from 3 days old by a couple. Yet, he mauled a person, severely and grievously. The person lost her sight, ...

Re: Would you live with wolves if you had a chance to?
No. Absolutely not. - I don't have survival skills - The wolves would not tolerate me, as they are wild animals - I would starve to death - I wouldn't be able to keep up with the wolves - If the wolves didn't kill me for being a threat, then something else would - I would rapidly fall ill or diseas...

Re: Would you ever...
This was an incredibly interesting thread to read! Songdog basically stated everything I would have, concerning the debate. My stance on killing a wolf is I would absolutely kill it dead if it were running for me. It is my duty as a living organism to self preserve. Wolves do not get a free pass fr...

Re: most annoying thing your mate on wq has done
My most annoying thing so far is that he somehow went out of bounds and couldn't get back over to me, so he just ran in circles. Thank goodness for auto-save and my save-every-30-seconds habit.

Re: Crazy Multiplayer Experiences
People are crazy these days, a few moments earlier I joined a public pup raising server. All went fine until I went close to the others (the den was located in Aspen) to help mark the territory. Then all out of sudden the pack leader (his char's name was Kovah) kicked me out for no particular reaso...

Re: WolfQuest Multiplayer Pet Peeves
Most of my peeves have already been stated, but there's one that stands out... I saw a photo posted in the WQ Facebook group and it brought back so many memories. Got a few more as well, but none are as funny as the first. - When you greet someone hopping in the server, and they stand there silentl...

Re: Your Favorite Thing About WolfQuest!
My favorite thing used to be just being able to control a wolf in a video game. Super neat! Now though, for the game specifically, my favorite thing is how family friendly and educational the game is. Yes, teens try to get around the filters and whatnot, but I'm seeing far, far less of that now tha...
