Is there a way to delete all files, including saves, from Steam? Uninstalling it does not remove save files. I might have corrupted files that are impacting my game's performance (horrible FPS issues)

Yes, I have a PC. I was playing WQ up until 8/15, then picked it up again on the 6th or so.
